The Hundreds will be releasing a nice light weight linen New Era Cap on April 20th. The cap comes with a light green Adam Bomb on the front and matching New Era logo. The small leather details are a nice finish. This cap is actually made of hemp with a wooden button on top. A matching “Green Adam” tee will also be available on an environmentally friendly partially-organic shirt.
Creative Recreation drops an early preview of their forthcoming “Select” line for Autumn 2010. Full collection previews will be of course made available to the buyers at shows across the globe in the coming weeks. “The Lioni,” “The Lanza” (both new for this season) as well as “The Sacco,” are previewed here. “Comprised of rich leathers, material upgrades and sleek, contemporary silhouettes, Select by Creative Recreation creates the perfect shoe for the sophisticated and savvy consumer.” We’ll have more from the “Select” collection in weeks/months to come.
Originally launching only through select (RED) Stores, the latest version of Converse’s Leather Jacket designs is now widely available through finer Converse retailers. The kicks, first introduced in 2008, are now produced in a rich red leather option, comprised of a motorcycle leather jacket-inspired motif, with quilted lining, heavy-duty zips and snaps and a leather rand with clean embossed detailing. Retailing for $200 USD, they are now available via the Converse webstore. Stay tuned as a couple of other colorways are set to release later in the year.
As part of Michael Lau 10 Gardener exhibition, these Nike SB Stefan Janoski sneakers were designed to match his wooden character’s that we presented the other day. The wood grain on these are perfect, definitely one of the top shoes of 2009 in my opinion. Release date is set for October 3rd.
After countless previews, HUF looks to finally drop their sneaker for the Converse 1HUND(RED) Artists campaign. Utilizing the Skidgrip model, the kicks feature a Black canvas upper with an all-over “H” print, White accents, and the signature Red eyelet. An official launch can be expected on October 3rd, 2009 at both HUF SF and LA as well as other select Converse stockists. Retail is set at $75 USD, available in sizes 3.5 – 13.
Loopwheeler and Beams Plus continue their ongoing collaborative effort with a couple of new pieces for Beams 10th Anniversary. Above you see a vest done in heavyweight heather grey fleece. An interesting option, as this cut is usually reserved for down filled garments. Features a couple of 10 Anniversary patches on the chest. Sweatpants in a chino-like silhouette were also produced and come in grey, black, or navy with a Loopwheeler x Beams Plus logo screened on the back pocket. Look out for a release later this year.
A solid new Nike Dunk Hi Premium has been released today. Featuring a soft black leather upper, black leather Swoosh and felt details around the ankle padding, the sneaker comes with a white mid-sole and clear outer sole. It is now available from Purchaze.
Gourmet whip out two new colorways for the Summer, in their signature Due sneaker. The shoes feature Gourmet’s full-zip platform, combined with the brands use of tonal canvas uppers and contrasting midsoles. Both a teal and natural colorway will see a release at select Gourmet footwear retailers very soon.
Undercover presents two new leather shoes as part of their Spring/Summer 2009 Collection. The leather shoe comes in black leather with tazzles and a thick sole, something we have previously seen on the Japanese market by George Cox. Undercover presents a solid new look of this classic with some nice details, especially on the heel and the sole. Furthermore they present a high leather boot with some nice cutomizations on the outer sole. The Undercover Spring/Summer 2009 Footwear is now available at Cliff Edge.
Following up on the recent release of the Nike Air Force 1 Polka Dot, Nike will be releasing the AF1 Hi White Polka Dot. The sneaker comes in a white colorway with tonal white polka dots. The polka dots appear on all parts of the sneaker, including the laces and mid-sole. Look out for a release on June 20th and Atmos.
Nike Sportswear continues the release of their “All Grey” Pack with a third installment in the series, the Dunk Hi. The kicks follow up the recent Air Max 95 and Air Force 1 drops, featuring a familiar tonal grey colorway makeup with premium leather uppers. An extremely limited release is now underway, exclusively through 21 Mercer Street in NYC.
